Tee Up for Trevor

Join the fight against pediatric cancer

2020 COVID-19 Update

Unfortunately, we will not be able to have the Tee Up for Trevor golf tournament this year due to COVID-19 and the uncertainty surrounding our current times. However, the Wildberger Family would like to share a story with you that was written about Trevor Wildberger by Seattle Children's Hospital.

Although we are not able to proceed forward with the tournament, the Wildbergers invite you to read the story and encourage you to continue to assist them with fighting pediatric cancer through donations or AmazonSmile donations to the Trevor Wildberger Foundation.

About the Trevor wildberger foundation

The Trevor Wildberger Foundation raises funding for pediatric cancer research so that someday, no child will suffer through cancer. We invite you to join us in the fight against pediatric cancer.

It was founded in memory of 19-year-old Trevor Wildberger, who died on August 25, 2015 after a courageous two-year fight against neuroblastoma cancer. Trevor bravely participated in multiple clinical trials in hope of not only finding a cure for himself, but also providing researchers with valuable data that would benefit other children fighting cancer.

Less than four percent of federal cancer research funds go toward fighting pediatric cancer. Trevor’s family feels that is not enough, so they created the foundation, which hosts the Tee Up for Trevor Memorial Golf Tournament every year to raise funds for pediatric cancer research. Proceeds from the 2019 tournament will support the T-cell Immunotherapy Initiative at Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Meet the Wildbergers

Trevor Wildberger

The reason we do what we do. Trevor fought his brave fight with humor and humility, courage and tenacity. We exist to honor Trevor's legacy by continuing the fight against pediatric cancer for every child and every family.

Jon & Tammy Wildberger

Founding the Trevor Wildberger Foundation is an act of love, honor and courage to make something beautiful and lasting out of sadness and tragedy. Choosing to focus on hope for a cure and prevention of childhood cancer is the fuel for the fire that burns.

Austen & Kirsten Wildberger

While Austen serves our country, Kirsten serves as a board member for the foundation. Our team is inspired by love, their wish to honor and serve Trevor, and a deep desire to eradicate pediatric cancers.

No matter how big or small you think your support is, every bit helps us get closer to reaching our goal of finding a cure for childhood cancer.”

Ansley Jones, Child Cancer Survivor

Cancer is still the number one disease killer of children. Every child, every person, should have the opportunities I have had. The opportunity to simply live.”
